St Bernard's Schools Cup

In 1951 the Supporters Club of the senior St Bernard's FC was wound up 9 years after the demise of the Club itself. Amongst the disbursements a cup was donated for a football competition between the primary schools in Stockbridge which at that time comprised of Dean, St Bernard's, Canonmills and Stockbridge. The cup is still played for today but only Stockbridge of the original schools remain. The Final takes place at Warriston Recreation Ground at the end of the season. Nowadays around about 12 teams enter annually from the northern part of the city.
